Full Color Custom Heat Transfer Services

Digitally printed and applied to the garment using high heat, this process produce vivid colours, crisp lines and spectacular finishes. Heat Transfer printing can take the form of ink based transfer or material based transfer.

Material Based Transfer are physical material or film (such as vinyl, twill numbers, letters and fabrics) with a heat activated adhesive backing that is affixed permanently to a surface with the use of a heat press machine.

Ink Based Transfer on the other hand involves digitally printing the designs using an inkjet printer into a special transfer paper which is then affixed to the garment with a heat press. Upon the completion of the transfer process, the transfer paper is then removed, leaving behind the design imprinted on the substrate.

Another form of heat transfer is die sublimation, whereby a combination of heat and pressure ignite the sublimation ink into a molecular state that attaches to polymer surfaces or polyester fabrics resulting in a permanent coloration with a high resolution and clarity that does not fade nor crack even after multiple washes.
