At Behira Garments, we are heavily invested in state of the art stitching equipment, human resource expertise and operational processes that make us the go-to manufacturers for professionally stitched garments with capacity to service huge orders within agreed timelines.

The garment making process begins at design and sample development stage at which point we settle on design, branding, fabric type, fabric brand, fabric GSM, fabric colour and fabric quality with respect to clients' preferences and budget.

With order, we then proceed to source for fabric, test and inspect it for set specifications, stretch it on cutting tables and cut it into predetermined patterns using an industrial straight knife cutting machine in preparation for stitching.

Our production floor has the right mix of industrial sewing machines such as straight, lock stitching, chain stitching, button holing, button attaching, strip cutting and banding machines that serve different functions up until the garments are completed.

Finally the garments move to our finishing department where they undergo branding (screen printing, embroidery), trimming, ironing and quality checks as cleared ones are packed and are soon out of the door to make yet another client happy!!!
